Care Instructions
Iron Frame 1. Sedona Patio outdoor furniture has a powder-coat, baked-on finish. It should give you years of trouble free service with a mininum amount of care. Metal should be kept clean, dry and free of dirt build-up. 2. Maintain by cleaning with a damp cloth. 3. Furniture may incur seasonal scratches or chips on the surface and may require minor touch-ups. You may sand lightly to even out the chipped edge, and using a rust resistant touch-up paint, feather lightly until scratch is filled, or use a liquid rust resistant paint and brush on in layers.
4. Never leave furniture standing in water or damp conditions. Covering or storing your furniture under cover when not in use for extended time keeps it looking its best.
Cushions & Fabric 1. Our cushions are manufactured using quality Sunbrella fabric with durable and comfortable foam and fiber fillings. 2. Sunbrella fabrics are stain and water resistant. 3. Using a sponge or soft brush, regularly clean with mild soap and water.

Wipe spills quickly to avoid surface staining and maintain surface regularly by cleaning with mild soap and water, scrubbing with a soft sponge or rag. 2. For natural stone tops we recommend that you reseal your table every 2-4 years after normal use.
3. A natural fading process will occur in sunlight over time. Storing your stone and/or copper tops under cover when not in use for extended periods of time keeps them looking their best.
Wicker
1. To help improve the lifespan of this furniture, cover when not in use.
2. Store in a dry place in the off season.
3. Clean with soap and water.
*Limited Warranty
*Sedona Patio products are specifically designed for use in warm, dry climates. Sedona Patio product warranty will be void if used in any areas that it may be exposed to prolonged periods of moisture. Sedona Patio reserves the right to repair or replace damaged, out of stock, or discontinued product with like items of equal value or to issue an in-store credit equal to original purchase price. Warranty will be voided if incorrect installation occurs by consumer; damage caused in transportation by consumer, outside sources, abuse or wind damage. If a claim is covered by warranty, the consumer is responsible for all fees for transportation of furniture to and from the manufacturer or designated warranty center. If the consumer cannot transport the furniture, Sedona Patio can arrange for transportation upon request. It is the consumer's responsibility to make payment arrangements with the transportation company.
*Iron Frame
1. Twenty (20) year structure warranty with proper maintenance in a residential use.
*Iron Finish
1. One (1) year warranty against peeling of frame finish only with proper maintenance in a residential use.
2. Your furniture piece will be repaired if the above occurs within one (1) year from the date of purchase.
3. Sedona Patio products are specifically designed for use in warm, dry climates.
*Sedona Patio warranty will be void if used in any areas that it may be exposed to prolonged periods of moisture.
*Furniture may incur seasonal scratches or chiped surfaces inherent in the ornate designs.
*Touch-up Your Iron Furniture To Keep It Fresh & Protect Any Minor Scrapes From Rusting
1. Use Rustolium Brand Textured Flat Black Spray Paint.
*How To Apply Rustolium Brand Textured Flat Black Spray Paint
1. First, remove all cushions and shake can vigorously.
2. Place a tarp or similar covering on the ground to prevent any overspray or damage to the surface.
3. Prior to beginning this application, and once you have shaken the can vigorously, first spray away from the Iron until you can see that the black paint has begun to come out. (THIS PROCESS IS NOT RECOMMENDED ON A WINDY DAY!)
4. Make sure that the spray paint is applied at least TWELVE (12) INCHES AWAY from the Iron in a fethered, or circular motion, to ensure that the paint is applied evenly throughout the entire area of the Iron you are spraying.
5. Once the first coat of the Rustolium Brand Textured Flat Balck Spray Paint is applied, let it set until completely dried, and then re-apply as needed for desired look.
*Cushions & Fabric
1. One (1) year warranty on quality of craftmanship, construction of cushions that have been properly maintained as explained under the care instructions. Your cushions will be repaired if determined defective within one (1) year from the date of purchase.

*Table Tops
1. One (1) year warranty on all natural stone, and smooth copper tops from date of purchase. This covers the craftsmanship and structural components of the top.
2. A natural fading process will occur in sunlight over time. Please follow care instructions and keep your natural stone top covered when not in use to preserve its beauty.
3. Your stone top and/or copper top will be repaired if found to be defective after complying with the care
instructions.
*Wicker
1. A four (4) year warranty against frame structure decfects.
2. A three (3) year limited warranty against UV damage.
3. Warranty void if damaged by outside sources, abuse or in transit.
*Umbrella
1. One (1) year manufacturer warranty.
2. Warranty void if damaged by outside sources, abuse or in transit.
*Warranty Exclusions
1. Any failure caused by unreasonable use or abuse.
2. Exposed metals that have been scratched, chipped or not properly maintained by the guidelines listed in the care instructions.
3. Normal fading of the fabric, frame, or finish.
4. Customer's own material choices.
5. Accidental damage or element damage such as fire, wind, or sun.
6. Permanent stains cause by lotions, oils, or other substances.
7. Hard-water deposits or calsium build-up due to minerals found in regional water supplies.
*Guidelines
1. Must be original purchaser and provide proof of purchase when making a claim.
2. To submit warranty claim, contact Sedona Patio Furnishings Corporate Office.
3. Furniture must have been used only for residential use only as defined in the original purchase contract.
4. If a claim is covered by warranty, the consumer is responsible for all fees for transportation of furniture to and from the manufacturer or designated warrancy center.
